Step 2: After you've clicked on one link it should open the survey in a new tab. This might look like this one but all surveys are different so don't worry if your new tab looks different.
Step 3: Now fill in the information. Simply enter a name and an email address. It doesn't have to be your real name but be sure to enter an email address you have access to because you have to validate that address sometimes.
Step 4: Now click the submit button or whatever your survey says. You should then receive an email and once you verified your email adress the password should unlock after approximately 20 seconds to 1 minute.
